AI Prompt Gallery ("the App") is developed and operated as a free application. This Privacy Policy governs your use of the App and describes how we handle any information in connection with your use of our service.

By using AI Prompt Gallery, you agree to the terms described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

AI Prompt Gallery is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service:

• No account data — No registration, login, email, or personal profile is required or stored.
• No prompt history — Prompts you copy or view are never sent to our servers.
• App configuration — Your device fetches app settings (categories, prompts, ad configuration) from our server. These requests do not include personally identifiable information.
• Anonymous usage signals — We may receive aggregated, non-identifiable app usage statistics via Google's platform analytics.
• Device information via ads — Our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers and usage data as described in Section 3.

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements that help keep the App free. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalised ads, including:

• Device advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
• IP address and approximate location
• Device model, OS version, language settings
• Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
• App usage patterns relevant to ad delivery

This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under their own privacy policy. We do not have direct access to this data.

The limited data we receive is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Delivering prompt categories and content from our server to your device
• Configuring ad placements and app features remotely
• Monitoring app stability and detecting server-side errors
• Improving the quality and range of prompts offered

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — Advertising delivery and monetisation
• Google Play Services — Core Android platform services
• Unsplash — Category and prompt imagery (public CDN, no tracking)

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services independently.

AI Prompt Gallery is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data under applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.):

• Right to access — Request a copy of any data we hold about you
• Right to deletion — Request deletion of your data
• Right to opt-out — Opt out of personalised advertising via device settings
• Right to object — Object to certain types of data processing

Since we collect no personally identifiable information directly, most requests can be fulfilled by adjusting your device's privacy settings. For AdMob data, requests should be directed to Google.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the integrity of our server and the data transmitted between the App and our API:

• All API communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Our server does not log individual user requests or IP addresses
• No sensitive or personally identifiable data is transmitted in API calls
• Admin access to our backend is password-protected and restricted

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you through the App via an in-app notice.
